Ivan J Becica, P.E., F.ASCE
Ivan is a licensed professional engineer in New Jersey and five other states. He is the Managing Partner of Becica Associates and Principal in Charge of Structural Engineering Services for our teams’ projects including forensic engineering, structural and façade condition assessments. Ivan also directs structural design services for Becica Associates’ new construction and renovation projects and advises project teams on new façade and repair projects. He has been published in journals and conference proceedings and has written numerous condition assessment and forensic investigation reports on subjects of structures, building façade performance and architectural and engineering practices as well as many other topics. Professional memberships include American Society of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, The Masonry Society, ASTM, AISC, and ACI.

Steven A. Becica, AIA, LEED AP
Steven is a licensed Architect in the State of New Jersey, three other states and a LEED® Accredited Professional by Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). As a Principal of the firm, he is responsible for the Architectural services offered by the firm. He has led the firm’s Architectural Department since 1989 imparting his passion for design and working with clients, guiding them through the often challenging and complex design and construction process. Steven is closely involved with all Architectural services performed at Becica Associates beginning with the initial conversation with clients to develop the project vision and to understand their needs. He actively oversees all phases of project development including predesign, preparation of construction documents, construction phase, and post occupancy services with an emphasis on cost effectiveness and sustainable design.

John J. Middleton, P.E.
John is a Principal of the firm and is responsible for Engineering Design and Construction Contract Administration. He is a multi-talented architectural engineer with over 25 years of experience in structural, civil, HVAC, plumbing and electrical design and construction with an innate sensitivity to architecture. His responsibilities include interdisciplinary programming, coordination of the trades between owner, construction manager, consultants, in-house designers and contractors.

Elisabeth Kahn, AIA
Elisabeth is a registered Architect in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is a Project Manager who has an extensive range of experience with architectural and interior design construction documents on various project types including: Education, multiple and affordable housing, universities, commercial, retail, residential and military buildings. Elisabeth is a creative designer with a keen sensitivity to architecture at the edges, interiors, color palettes and client presentations particularly at project conception.

Lisa Sipps, P.E.
Lisa, Assistant Engineer, is a versatile professional who since 2003 has assisted the architectural and engineering teams of Becica Associates LLC in a variety of assignments including building design, site planning, engineering investigations, cost estimation, life cycle cost analysis, AutoCAD document production, and as-constructed documentation. She is experienced in construction project management, structural investigations, assisting in on-site testing, analysis and research.
Dale is a highly motivated, versatile individual with over twenty-five years in the fields of ship construction, building design and construction and information technology. As Design Assistant and IT Manager, Dale is responsible for establishing, maintaining and troubleshooting network operability and security, inventory and research of hardware and software products used in the production of construction documents. His project responsibilities include assembling as-constructed drawings and assisting in investigation testing.
